Jörg Lothar Osterburg was born and grown up in Germany, where he obtained his higher degree in architecture at the Technische Universität Dresden (Germany) in 1999.

During his studies he won prestigious research grants from the DAAD and was specializing in "Bioclimatic and Sustainable Architecture" in the University of Seville. Along his career Jörg has been gaining broad experience in various architectural offices in Germany and Spain.

Jörg has been living and working in Seville since 1999. For example in Decya -Arquitectos, now known as Eddea, he has been participating in project management in various projects such as the new district of Santa Barbara (180 hectares), Galia Puerto offices (19,700 m2) and the first prize of EPSA competition (48 housing units) in Malaga, and others.

In 2006 he founded SAP-Arquitectos with Tomas Delgado Pereira. The company provides building, interior design and urban planning, and it has been led by Jörg Lothar Osterburg since 2009.

During 2009 and 2010 Jörg finished his master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning in the University of Seville, and obtained the title of urban planner.
